Prepare a thorough write-up/description of your
idea or the solvable problem. Idea Research Form

Purchase an Idea Submission Number. (For both idea
or problem submissions) The cost of attending the
seminar ($35.00) and the cost of the ISN ($150.00)
is all that you pay to submit your idea or problem.(Do
not send your idea write-up until you have 1. Attended
the MYLE Seminar and 2. You have received the ISN)
This Idea Submission Number will be used to track
your idea or problem submission and should be referred
to whenever inquiry is made. (Each additional idea
submission requires the purchase of an additional
ISN)

Your idea or problem submission will be reviewed
for its potential in the market and you will receive
notice of whether or not your idea or problem has
been accepted within 4-6 weeks.

When a product idea or problem submission passes
Invent2win’s internal analysis, Invent2win™
then funds, designs, develops, prototypes and markets
the product to industry, and the resulting returns
are distributed as indicated below.
Invent2win's
portion of the profits as reflected in the charts
below allows Invent2win to make a profit, as well
as recover various project associated costs such
as parts, machining, prototyping, patents, trademarks,
copyrights, manufacturing, marketing, packaging,
shipping, etc.

Of Invent2win’s Initial Net Profits (Externally
Devised) and “Problem Only”
The
following pie charts reflect the initial net profit
distributions for both externally devised product
concepts and “problem only” submissions
from outside sources. The percentages represented
in these charts are subject to adjustment, depending
on project complexity.
The percentages represent typical percentages reserved
for the various entities involved. Upon the fulfillment
of Invent2win’s contractual obligations to
the members of a project’s development team,
the percentages originally reserved for the project
team will be redirected to the submitter of the
idea.

Problem Only submissions must be new in nature.
Any submissions that address areas that have been
previously submitted, currently or scheduled to
be developed by Invent2win™ will not be considered
a valid project submission and will not warrant
payment of the submitting party from net earnings
on the product.
