The MYLE seminar affords Invent2win the ability to train individuals on how to look for new ideas in their lives and increases the likelihood of our receiving quality, well researched idea submissions. Attendees of the seminar learn valuable information that will allow them to assess and validate their idea prior to submitting it to Invent2win™ via our standardized form.

In order to submit a product idea to Invent2win, you must fill out and submit our standardized submissions form complete with an "Idea Submission Number" (An ISN must be requested after attending the MYLE seminar)(Beginning January 2003). This form is designed to assist you in verifying or eliminating your idea as a potential money maker. If your idea can't stand the "submission form" test, you should not submit it to Invent2win. This does not mean that you should not pursue it. It simply means that you should further develop your idea prior to submitting it to Invent2win. If your idea can pass the submission form test, then you should purchase an ISN. We will then send yu information as to where to send the submission.

If two or more people submit the same idea there are several rules that will apply. In the event they are identical, the idea will be deemed to be owned by the person that first gets it to Invent2win™ Competitive Products LLC, unless one of the individuals can prove earlier conception. In the event one is further along in the development process than the other, the submitters involved may need to work together to resolve the problem. Invent2win Competitive Products LLC will not act as an arbitrator between the parties in such cases.

Invent2win is committed to ethical business practices, however, each prospective submitter should submit their idea to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office via it's Disclosure Document Program. We are also willing to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to reviewing any submission. We are not interested in accepting ideas without compensating the person with the inventive mind. Invent2win™ is a company, with a focus on making a profit like any other company, however, our philosophy is that, in creating a win-win situation, a relationship is fostered that will allow for multiple ideas to be forwarded. If you are creative and bring us a great idea that makes you money and us money, chances are you will want to work with us again.

Unfortunately, Invent2win™ is unable to refund seminar admitance fees. It is your responsibility to register for a seminar time that you will be able to attend. If you are unable to physically attend you should attend the seminar online (beginning scheduled January 2003)or you should either sell the ticket to someone else or adjust your schedule to make time for the seminar. Once reserved, Invent2win™ will not sell the seating to someone else, therefore if we refund the attendee fee, may not be able to fill the seat. There is a $250.00 processing fee per submission. When compared to the $1,500 - $10,000 submissions programs of other companies, our program presents the most cost effective method of getting your idea reviewed.

All royalties are collected by Invent2win Competitive Products LLC throughout the year. At the end ofInvent2win™'s quarterly review, royalties net of direct patent and marketing expenses assigned to a particular licensed patent are distributed. Checks will be mailed to individuals every 90 days.
