When your skills match one of our product’s design needs, you will be considered for the project prior to personnel that have registered via our “Silver”, “Bronze”, “Economy” Registration Programs and outside personnel that have not registered to work with us.

the database that we use to find our candidates.
Like normal "search engines", positioning
is key to increasing one's opportunities. Decisions
between comparable personnel listed in the same
"registration level" are based on the
personnel's skills and abilities, in light of the
project's needs. Management reserves the right to
choose the individual contractor it deems most qualified,
based on the product concept's and team's requirements.
However,
our candidate search policy mandates that we consider
registered candidates starting at the highest level
registrations and move to lower levels respectively."
